1.About these terms

This website is operated by NicramLabs Corp in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. These terms apply to your use of nicramlabs.com and explain how the information on the site relates to our services.

We offer consulting, automation, custom software, business websites and related support. Browsing this website or sending an enquiry does not book paid work or create a paid service agreement.

2.Prices and paid work

Prices and ranges on the website are guides in Canadian dollars (CA$), unless stated otherwise. They help you understand a possible budget; they are not a binding quote for your project.

We agree on the scope and exact price before work starts. Paid work is covered by a separate proposal, statement of work or service agreement accepted by both parties. That agreement sets out the relevant details, such as:

• The deliverables, responsibilities, schedule and process for changes.
• Fees, applicable taxes, payment dates and any third-party costs.
• Ownership, licences, confidentiality and the handling of client information.
• Any support, hosting, renewal, cancellation, refund or handover arrangements.

Domains, business email, software subscriptions and other third-party services are separate costs unless expressly included in your quote. Monthly support and hosting cover the work and service levels we agree; they do not automatically include unlimited changes or round-the-clock support.

If these website terms differ from an agreed service contract, that contract governs the paid services.

3.Enquiries and your information

Please provide accurate contact details and send only information you are entitled to share. An enquiry should describe the problem at a high level. Do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive customer or employee records through the website form.

If a project needs confidential material or access to your systems, we will agree on a suitable way to share and handle it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle website enquiries and personal information.

4.Using the website

You may use the website to learn about NicramLabs, consider our services and contact us. Please use it lawfully and respect other people's rights.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the site or its security, introduce harmful code, impersonate someone else or use our forms to send spam.

5.Content and examples

Unless stated otherwise, website text, designs, images, code and branding belong to NicramLabs or their respective owners. You may view and share links to the site, and keep reasonable copies for your own internal evaluation of our services. Other reuse requires permission or a right provided by law.

Do not present our work or brand as your own. Any third-party names, logos and materials remain the property of their owners; their appearance does not by itself imply an endorsement.

Demonstrations and examples show what a solution could look like. Unless explicitly described as a real client project or measured result, they are illustrative. They are not promises of a particular saving, revenue increase, search ranking or outcome for your business.

Ownership and permitted use of anything we build for you are set out in your project agreement.

6.Links and outside services

The site may link to other websites, software products or social platforms. Their owners control their content, availability, terms and privacy practices.

If a solution relies on an outside provider, its charges, terms and technical limits may affect the solution. We will identify relevant dependencies when agreeing the project scope.

7.Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information may become outdated or contain mistakes. Please confirm any detail that matters to your decision with us before relying on it.

We may update or temporarily remove parts of the site. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content or a particular business result from using the website. Commitments about paid deliverables, testing, support and availability belong in your service agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits any consumer protection or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8.Applicable law and updates

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.

We may update these terms as the website or our services change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Website updates do not, by themselves, change an existing signed service agreement.
