Beaver Dash · A FatLoon product

Find the business question inside the customer comments.

Co-founder — Marcin Polanski

I am a co-founder of Beaver Dash, a FatLoon product that connects Facebook and Instagram comments with ad reporting and monthly insights. Teams can review conversations, use AI-assisted replies, and work through findings and recommendations.

The problem

Ad metrics show how content performs. Customer comments can explain what people are asking, missing or misunderstanding. Teams need a way to bring those signals together and decide what to improve.

What it does

  • Review Facebook, Instagram and ad comments with their context.
  • Review and edit AI-suggested replies before sending.
  • Use supported Hide and Unhide controls.
  • Review ad-account performance and monthly insights.
  • Follow recommendations and the actions taken on them.

How the work connects

  1. Review the comments alongside their ad or post context.
  2. Look for recurring questions and concerns.
  3. Review findings and recommendations.
  4. Choose an action, track its progress and review new feedback.

A useful build lesson

A chart can tell you that an ad attracted comments. The comments can tell you what customers still need to know. For example, repeated delivery questions may suggest that an ad or product page needs a clearer delivery estimate. The useful workflow is to connect that pattern to a recommendation, let the team choose an action, and review what happens afterwards. This is an illustrative example, not a claimed customer result.

What this could mean for your business

The same approach can help a business turn scattered messages and reports into a clear set of decisions and follow-up work.
