I founded and built Watra to connect the financial and administrative work of community organizations. A simple receipt submission sits alongside expense review, reimbursements, membership dues, hall rentals, invoicing and reporting.
The problem
A volunteer pays for supplies. The treasurer needs the receipt, the correct expense and a clear view of what is owed. The board needs a report it can understand. These are different tasks, but they should connect to the same records.

What it does
- Record income, expenses and bank reconciliation.
- Submit receipt photos for review.
- Track volunteer reimbursements, members and dues.
- Manage hall rentals, invoices and refundable deposits.
- Prepare financial summaries in English and Polish.

The hard part is making one piece of information useful to several people. A volunteer needs a quick way to submit a receipt. The treasurer needs to review the expense and know whether it has been reimbursed. The board needs clear totals. Watra connects those jobs while giving each person an appropriate view.
